Substantive changes are highlighted in RED text. Comments on that section will be considered, resolved, and the disposition given to the commenter. There are clarifying changes highlighted in BLUE text. The ei Consensus Body may consider comments on clarifying changes or other sections, but the disposition for those comments will not be given to the commenter.
