Pruning Inquiry

Hire our ISA Certified Arborists to take care of your trees. Our crews primarily do structural pruning on young trees, up to about 25’ tall. This type of pruning builds strong trees and enhances their natural beauty. As a nonprofit committed to enhancing and protecting the urban canopy in DC our crews are not able to shear trees or hedges, or remove healthy native trees.

Please note that we schedule pruning only in January and February, when conditions are best for tree health and our crews are available. Please provide your contact information below, and we’ll reach out during pruning season to follow up on your request.

Remember that Casey Trees offers free trees to DC residents, schools, and the greater community. If you are requesting a tree planting in DC, visit our planting page instead.
