It is imperative that all of the above conditions are met before a service person arrives at your facility to startup SmartServices. If the service person is unable to perform installation/startup procedures because any or all of the above conditions are not met, you will be invoiced for all expenses incurred and a follow-up visit will have to be scheduled.
