To facilitate the smooth processing of your payment, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines:

  1. Completeness: Please ensure that the uploaded W9 form contains all the required details, including a clear and legible signature and date of submission. Incomplete forms may result in delays or non-payment.
  2. Clarity: It is crucial that the uploaded W9 form is easy to read and understand. Blurred or illegible forms will significantly impact our ability to process payments accurately and promptly.

Please note that failure to submit a valid W9 form along with this invoice will result in the withholding of any payment processing. We value your cooperation in providing the necessary documentation, which helps us maintain compliance and ensure that payments are processed promptly.

To avoid payment delays, your W9 form should be uploaded at the time of invoicing

Check payments cannot be made to consultants residing outside the United States. International consultants may be paid via bank wire or Paypal. If you have questions about this, please save this form and contact us at accountspayable@mosaicrm.com.



ACH Details

Payment Timing for ACH:  

ePayments (ACH) will arrive within 3 business days of the process date for the transfer to be completed. The process date is the day we debit funds from our bank account to fund the payment.



Check Details

Payment Timing for Checks:

To avoid payment delay issues, please ensure that all details are correct.  Checks are mailed within 1 banking day of the process/approval date and should arrive 5 to 7 banking days later.  

FYI:
  • Checks that aren't cashed within 90 days will auto-void and we will reach out to you once it occurs. 
  • If your check payment hasn't been received yet at least 7 business days after the approval date,(lost in the mail or undeliverable/incorrect address), please let us know immediately.
    • Voiding the check may take some time for these as we will need to research/trace the payment as there's a higher risk when a check payment hasn't been returned to us by USPS and we have to take steps to ensure the check isn't cashed.

International payment timing:

Payment timing can vary depending on the country of the beneficiary, the amount sent, and the time it takes to get the funds from our bank account. Please ensure that all details are correct, otherwise we will reach out to you during payment processing if we need additional information.

Please note that Mosaic has no control on any Paypal service fees when receiving funds into your PayPal account. Thus,  Mosaic is not responsible for any charges that Paypal adds specially for any transactions where currency conversion is involved.
