It is our goal to provide you whatever you need so that your event is successful.  We would ask that you help us to help you by providing at least 24 hours notice for all customer service requests.

All presenters should arrive on-site at least 30 minutes early in order to ensure a smooth integration of district technology with their presentation plans. 

Please note: Due to firewall and Internet filtering restrictions you must bring any non-district laptops to the EdTech Center during normal business hours (8am-4pm) in order to have it properly configured to work on our network. This applies to any presenter wishing to use their equipment on the BCSD network.

Please note that when using the MS or HS gymnasiums for any events requiring set-ups, we request that the gym is not in use approximately 20 minutes prior to the event so that the set-up can be completed and sound checks done. Thank you.
