Dear Community Leader,

Thank you for your interest in the Lewis Family Foundation's Associates' Fund Grant Program. The Lewis Family Foundation is a family/corporate foundation deeply tied to Grand Circle Travel and Kensington Investment Company. The Lewis Family Foundation strives to model the change we want to see in non-profit leadership. We set big goals with results-driven non-profit partners to drive the highest impact for young people‚Äôs lives from Dorchester, Roxbury, and Mattapan.

Our Associates' Fund provides grants to support community based organizations who serve young people in Boston's Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan neighborhoods, and work towards achieving one or both of primary goals below:

  • College Collaboration Initiative: The goal is to increase college graduation in Boston's Spine. Organizations will be considered if they set college expectations, support grade to grade progression and college completion.  In addition, we support projects that improve and promote global citizenship with young people in Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan.
  • Job Access Initiative: The goal is to prepare and support young people from Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan to find jobs. Organizations will be considered if they do youth job training, job placement, or promote entrepreneurship.
  • Global Citizenship: The goal is to support and expose young people from Dorchester, Roxbury and Mattapan to other people, places, and cultures; fostering cross-cultural dialogue.

Young people challenge communities to do their best for the next generation. We invite projects dedicated to expanding their horizons and building their confidence.
