PayPal Subscription
How to change your PayPal funding source
To update your PayPal information, please logon to your PayPal account, then go to "Profile" and "Recurring Payments". Click on 'Edit Funding Options' and follow the instructions.
Please be aware that PayPal may automatically cancel your subscription if you change your funding source to a credit card or bank account that has not been verified by PayPal. If this happens, your FormAssembly.com account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan and you will need to upgrade it again by re-subscribing to your plan.
How to switch your subscription to a different PayPal account
To switch to a different PayPal account, you first need to cancel your existing PayPal subscription, then subscribe again using your new PayPal account.
- Go to your PayPal account, then "Profile" and "Recurring Payments".
- Find your FormAssembly.com subscription and follow the instructions to cancel it. Your FormAssembly.com account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.
- Logout from your FormAssembly.com account (important) and log back in.
- Go to "My Accounts", then "Plan" and "Change my Plan"
- Select the desired plan and subscribe again using your new PayPal account.
- You will be charged the new payment in full. If you had time remaining on your subscription, please email us to request a pro-rata refund.
How to cancel your PayPal subscription and pay directly with a credit card.
- Go to your PayPal account, then "Profile" and "Recurring Payments".
- Find your FormAssembly.com subscription and follow the instructions to cancel it. Your FormAssembly.com account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan.
