Opeongo Water Taxi
From April 25 – Oct. 15, call 1-888-280-8886 or 613-637-2075 for all water taxi bookings and information.
The Opeongo Water Taxi is a great way to get around Lake Opeongo, the largest lake in Algonquin Park.

We can provide food for your trip on a per person, per day rate.  To make a food reservation you need to either Print out the Menu PDF file, fill it out and fax it back to our Reservations line, or your can fill out our Canoe Trip Menu Reservation Form online.

Deposits

Advance deposits are required for complete outfitting packages and guided trips. A valid credit card number is required to hold a canoe rental reservation.  Deposits made in advance will be refunded with 72 hours advance notice of cancellation. A credit card imprint (Visa, MC, Amex) will be taken on arrival and is required for any rental. If you do not have a credit card, be prepared to leave a minimum $500 cash deposit ($1000 minimum for whitewater rentals).

  • Partial outfitting: $20 per canoe cancellation fee for “no show” or cancellation less than 48 hours ahead.
  • Water taxi: $50 per group for “no show” or cancellation less than 48 hours ahead.

Confrimations
We will e-mail a confirmation of reservations for complete outfitting, guidedtrips and canoe rentals. If time is short, we may confirm by phone or email.
We do not send confirmations for water taxi reservations. Pleasecheck your confirmation and call us if there are any discrepancies.
