All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An applicant fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the applicant is denied. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the three business days have elapsed, the following policies will apply: 100% refund will be given to a student who elects to withdraw prior to the day of class start. Students who elect to withdrawal the day of class start or later will be charged a $25.00 processing fee plus $10 per hour attended. Tuition can be transferred to a future class date only once without penalty additional transfers will be subject to the processing fee. No Refunds will be issued for any reason after 6 months has lapsed.
HEALTH PRECAUTION POLICY:
No one who is displaying flu-like symptoms will be permitted to
attend classes. Instructors will make every effort to have
hand-sanitizers, wipes and tissues in every classroom. As these are
difficult to obtain, students may bring their own.
If a student knows nine days in advance of the class that they
will be unable to attend in person due to health risks, and if they are well
enough to attend class from home, we can send a Zoom link and they can attend
class remotely. We need the nine days to mail the classroom materials to the
students and the class must be pre-paid.
If the government orders all unnecessary public commerce to halt,
if able, the instructors can set up a Zoom link from their computers at
home.
