We want to know as much about you as possible.  That means this application is long and arduous. Unfortunately, if we want to see how we can help, we've got to have a pretty deep understanding of your business.

Some of the questions you may not have answers for yet. Obviously it's great if you do, but if you don't, just try to give us a general idea of what you are thinking. This is as much art as science, so if you're not sure just give it your best shot. We don't really start reviewing apps until the application close date, so it can be a while before you hear back from us. But don't get discouraged, we look forward to reading through your app!

What are you like?
What do you do? For example: If you are an developer include coding style and technology used.
Include URLs and descriptions of things you've done (independent projects preferred over classroom assignments)


Add a Founder

Company

If you don't have a name yet just put a very brief description that we can use to identify your company. For example: Social networking for plumbers.

Have the founders spent their own money on the company? Have you borrowed money? If you haven't spent any money, just say so.



List each founder and the percentage share of the company he or she currently owns?






Do you have any investors, even if they are friends and family? Has anyone been promised 'a piece of the action' in exchange for services?

Market & Product












Has any code been written yet?

Describe the programming language and database used.

Have you outsourced any design or development? Do you have any other friends or associates who have helped write code?
Have you created any of the following: business plan, requirements documentation, technical specifications, mock-ups, financials, sales materials, etc

Revenue

Describe who you plan to charge? All customers, some customers, advertisers, etc.




Growth and Exit

Please include things such as licensing fees, hardware costs, physical space requirements, etc.
Acquisition, Merger, Public Offering, etc.


Talk about number of employees, numbers of users, location, ownership, etc.
