VisitSussex will not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the advertiser or their agent(s)  as a result of any such error or non-publication. VisitSussex will, as a matter of goodwill, take all reasonable steps to rectify any errors promptly.      3.Whilst VisitSussex endeavours to ensure that their main websites are normally available, neither VisitSussex nor its contractors will be liable if for any reason the sites are unavailable for any period.
