Please use this form if you are planning on entering the Song Search and will not be able to attend the conference. If you want to come to the conference as well as enter the Song-Search, please fill in the Conference Registration From, which includes a section for the Song Search as part of the form.

Each Song entry for either the Song Search or the Scripture Song search is $25.00.

If your song is selected as one of the 6 final songs, we highly recommend that you attend the final call-backs, which will take place on Thursday, October 22 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. If this is simply not possible, please indicate that on this form.
