Indy Sportz Shotz and ISSA have partnered to provide action photography of your athlete. Besides regular photo prints, we are offering two specific ISSA photo collages at a special price for ISSA families.
- The first one includes any single image with your players's name, year, and ISSA division.
- The second includes a team photo with your team's name, year, and ISSA division.
We specialze in designing custom multi-image collages using your favorite collection of photos. This order form is specific to printing single images or the two ISSA special collages. If you would prefer to order a custom collage, then please use the Custom Collage Order Form located on our Collage webpage.

Before ordering your images, please browse the gallaries on our website and jot down the image number found under your favorite photos.
- Use this form to add the image numbers, print size, and the number of copies you would like to order. We will crop and adjust the image files to enhanse the quality prior to printing.
- If you are interested in purchasing either of the ISSA collage specials, then fill out the appropriate section with the specific information needed to correctly label the photo.
We will deliver your order to the ISSA office for you to pick-up within 7 days. This saves you from additional shipping charges. If it is easier to have us ship the photos directly to your home, then a shipping charge of $2 to $5 will be added to your order.
After we recieve your order, we will contact you with the final price quote. We will deliver your photos to the ISSA office within 7 days of yreceiving our order. Please may payments by cash or by a check made out to Indy Sportz Shotz. a Pay at the ISSA office when you pick up your photos.
