Transportation:  Transportation is on your own & is not covered in the cost of the retreat.

Scheduling Notes

Over the weekend we will learn about and discuss racism and diversity within our church.  We will also converse about Lutheran Campus Ministry and how we can strengthen our mission.  Lastly, we have provided free time for students to explore the great city of Madison and, if they choose, attend Madison's annual Halloween celebration, Freakfest 2008.  Playing on the music main stage that night is the popular band OAR.

Retreat guest are welcomed to sleep over at the Lutheran Campus Center in Madison both Friday night and Saturday night.

Cost
Food will be provided all day Saturday and is included the cost.  Please note that the meals provided Friday night and Sunday morning are optional and an additional cost will be charged.

General Notes
  • Bring your sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, Bible, and enthusiasm!
  • At this point showering facilities are somewhat limited, but there will be a few available.
  • More information on parking will be made available as the retreats gets closer.
