Thankyou for selecting our custom collage service. We can create a custom collage using photos from our website or we can use your own personal digital photos. Please use this form to provide all of the information you wish to be included on your collage.
If you are ordering with our photos, then please add the individual image numbers found under your pictures on our website. If you would like to have a collage made with your photos, then attach each of your photos using the browse function on this order form. Please understand the quality of the collage is limited by the quality of the digital image you provide. We will contact you if there are any issues with your photos.

Prices for Custom Collages are based on our original print prices found on our prices page. To custom design your collage, we add $10 for modifications to your first image. Each additional image will add $3 to the collage price. Our most commonly ordered collages come in 8X10 or 12X18 sizes. We suggest using 3 or less images for an 8X10 collage or 5 or less images for a 12X18 collages. IF you would like to order any other size, such as a poster size, simply start the pricing using the prices found on our website.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for the collage to be completed. We will upload it onto our website and send you the link by email. Please check for any errors or modifications you would like before the final product is printed. We will ship the collage within 3 days after we receive approval.
