Lender Notice

We must be able to speak with your lender in order to secure a pre-approval letter for your loan.

This letter should be in your agent's file prior to viewing properties.

It can take up to 2 weeks to get a pre-approval letter from a lender, and the last thing you want is to find the perfect house and miss out on it because you weren't prepared and someone else beat you to it.
