Cash Rewards Program Rules and Guidelines: 1. Participants must enroll online using the following link http://app.formassembly.com/forms/view/19993.
2. Participants enroll risk free.
3. Participants may be enrolled in both programs (Incentive Program, and Cash Reward Program)
a. Participants must choose, when refering a client, which program the referall is to be credited to, should the customer complete
the service requirements.
b. Participants may not apply a referall to both programs.
4. Participants may refer unlimited customers
5. The term "schedule(d) service(s)" refer to service(s) performed where payment of said service(s) has been received by the refered customer.
6. Referred customers have no obligation and are not liable to complete services quoted.
7. The terms "Estimate(d)" and "Quote(d)" may be used interchangeably within this document.
8. The terms "Partiicipant(s)" and "Realtor(s)" may be used interchangeably within this document.
9. "Minimum Program Amount" to accrue before receiving a cash reward is $50.
10. "Service Date" refers to the date that Windows Xpress has agreed to perform services via documentation, written or electronic at the customer's home/residence.
11. There is no payout limit.
Cash Program:
How the Program Works:
Realtors who enroll in the Cash Reward Program are eligible to receive cash rewards for refering customers who schedule services with Windows Xpress. Once enrollment is confirmed by a service representative, the participant may refer customers using our online web form here.
Windows Xpress will contact the refered customer and schedule their free estimate.
Should a customer choose to have Windows Xpress perform the quoted services, a service date will be set and Windows Xpress will perform the services estimated.
When payment of services is complete, Windows Xpress will notify the referring realtor via email. A copy of the invoice will be sent along with a certificate representing the accrued cash amount the realtor is to receive for the performed services.
Realtor cash rewards will be awarded by check and sent to the participant by postage mail within 7-10 business days after accruing the Minimum Program Amount.
Reward accruals are based on a percentage of services performed for the referred client. Below is the list of services and their percentage payouts.
Stand Alone Service Payouts
Exterior Window Cleaning* - 5% of Total
Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
Driveway Pressure Washing - 5% of Total
Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
Exterior Pressure Washing** - 7% of Total
Example - $300.00 Invoice Amount = $21.00 Accrual
Service Combination Payouts
Exterior Window Cleaning* + Interior Window Cleaning* - 7% of Total
Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
Exterior Window Cleaning* + Driveway Pressure Washing - 7% of Total
Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
Exterior Window Cleaning* + Exterior Pressure Washing** - 7% of Total
Example - $300.00 Invoice Amount = $21.00 Accrual
Exterior Pessure Wash** + Driveway Pressure wash - 7% of Total
Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
Exterior Window Cleaning* + Interior Window Cleaning* + Driveway Pressure Wash - 10% of Total
Example - $300.00 Invoice Amount = $21.00 Accrual

Example - $200.00 Invoice Amount = $10.00 Accrual.
* Service must be for window cleaning on all windows at residence.
** Service must be for entire home exterior (excluding garages).

Realtors who enroll in the Incentive Reward Program are eligible to receive free services for their home. Once enrollment is confirmed by a service representative, the participant may refer customers using our online web form here.
Windows Xpress will contact the refered customer and schedule their free estimate.
Should a customer choose to have Windows Xpress perform the Program eligble quoted services, a service date will be set and Windows Xpress will perform the services estimated.
When payment of services is complete, Windows Xpress will notify the referring realtor via email. A copy of the invoice will be sent along with a certificate that the referred customer had eligible services.
Upon receiving payment from the fourth participant reffered customer, Windows Xpress will send a free services coupon.
Program Eligible Services
For a referall to count towards a certificate, any two of the following three services must be purchased by the referred customer to be performed in conjuction with each other:
Exterior Window Cleaning - service must be for all exterior windows at Residence.
Driveway Pressure Washing - Minimum Purchase Price is $75.
Home Exterior Pressure Wash - Home must be 1,500 square feet or greater.
