It seems like you want to become affilates, eh? Well.. Let's just get a few things straight...

1. All content must be child friendly, (e.g no swearing/adult stuff) seeing that the person you are about to contact is a child..
2. No pop-ups! They're quite annoying, and have a history for delivering viruses to my computers.
3. Your site must be able to rack in an average of 100+ hits per day. I get around 850+ on a good day.
4. Your site must have at least 20 pages of good quality content.
