1. Neptunes Policy is to accept or deny applications within two (2)buisness days of receipt. If you have not heard back from us in that time frame. Please remit the application as chances are we did not receive it.

2. Upon acceptance payment agreement will be sent to the Candidate along with a check list, contract and equipment request form.

3. Medical questionnaire is required in assessing your attendance to the Internship. Please remit back to Neptune’s along with this application or soon there after (Medical exam not required until accepted into the program. Unless medical questions arise during the application process.)
