I should be the next top bachelor in Austin, because I am overall a well rounded guy. I am that sexy, smart, sweet guy every girl or gay guy looks for. I am currently a sophomore at the University of Texas double majored in Urban Studies and Sociology. I have been taking 18+ hours each semester in order to graduate a year early, and afterwards, I plan to go to grad school for Architecture. That should show that I am motivated, educated, and determined to succeed. With the exception of school I have made time for extra-curricular activities such as Texas Crew and Texas Wushu my freshman year, and the CIW Youth Group my sophomore year. I also model on the side. A major contributor to who I am today is the fact that both of my parents passed away before I was 15 years of age. I’ve been through enough to appreciate every moment I spend with friends and family. These and other factors are the reasons why I should and will be the next top bachelor in Austin.

First and foremost, I have my priorities set in life, and am a goal oriented person and will achieve what I set out to do. For my occupation, I am a personal trainer for LA Fitness and am dedicated in helping other achieve their dreams and desires. I came out of a 2 year relationship 5 months ago and am looking for the right girl for me now. I am a Kinesiology major/Biology minor at the University of North Texas and plan on attending physical therapy for post graduate. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.56 while going to school and working full time to support myself. I am a very goal-oriented, and gifted musician who has been playing and networking throughout San Antonio since I was 17 years old. Last year I put out my first original album, and have been touring my original songs not only around San Antonio, but throughout Texas. The songs are very positive and uplifting in their message. Even the ones with a darker vibe. The majority of them are about overcoming adversities, breaking through walls that stand in your way in life, and self belief through my personal experiences and observations in my 23 year existence. So as well as bringing my art to the public, I am also hopefully sending the listeners some words that will inspire them to keep pushing foward, never give up, and embrace their inner struggles to make them stronger rather then to drag them down.

My band, the Chris Lopez Band, is playing in different cities around Texas usually 3 to 4 times a week, and I am playing acoustic solo at least twice a week. I have developed great networking and people skills for the last 6 years of my life and I have been all over San Antonio and around Texas, which has made me a very recognizable name and face. I have had 4 televised appearances in the last couple of years as well. I have played my music on the San Antonio Living Show WOAI, FOX News First(Morning Show), Texas Country Reporter, as well as San Antonio's Gimme' The Mic contest on KSAT in which I placed 2nd.

I am always working very hard on my craft (singing, lead guitar, and songwriting) and I play in front of different people about 6 nights a week. I stay very busy and very much in the public eye, bringing them great entertainment and inspiration. I have built my success from the ground up, and continue to keep climbing up the ladder every day, with the second album on the way and by always learning more fan favorites. This is what makes me the next top bachelor;)

I should be the top bachelor because I am very social with many different crowds of people, I am probably the most loyal person ever, and because my biggest concern when I am out on a date or out with a group of people is trying to make sure that everybody is having a good time! I am an old fashioned gentleman that opens doors, pumps the gas, and always lets the girl go first. I can mesh well with just about any type of girl. I'm an all around great guy. At least I hope so. :) I'm very involved with school organizations, yet still manage to keep my grades up. I'm in the Longhorn Band (LHB), which has been an amazing experience. I know this may sound cliche, but it's really like a big family. I am also on the Longhorn Band Student Association Council. I was voted by the band as a "New Member Advisor." The job consists of recruiting for LHB and facilitating the transition from high school band to college band. Also, I'm in a fraternity, which I never thought would have happened. Again, like the band, I am astonished at how close I have grown to the organization and the members it consists of. I was also a member of the Longho rn Singers until the end of last semester.

I am a junior majoring in Food & Nutrition, with minors in General Business and Restaurant and Hotel Management and a cumulative GPA of 3.73. My major is 97% female, but unfortunately I still haven't found the right girl. I believe that a few things that make me the next top bachelor is my personality and charisma. I know that by mentioning that first instead of mentioning being good-looking or attractive first would assume that I wasn’t. That is not true. I consider myself to be a modest individual with a substantial amount of confidence that does not spill over to cockiness. I will let my attached pictures speak for themselves. I consider myself being a well-rounded individual with many life experiences and stories to tell. Overall I am someone who gets along with everyone and goes out of my way for people. I am currently a senior at UT majoring in Sports Management with a 3.5 G.P.A. and with aspirations of earning a position in the front office of a professional football franchise after I graduate.
