Statement of Conduct

Because of the nature of the work I will be doing, and the partners in the field with whom I will be working, I hereby acknowledge that while participating on a EnterMission Inc. China team, I will not engage, partake or participate in any of the following activities from the time the team leaves the point of departure until the time that it returns back to the point of arrival from the field:

· Drinking any alcoholic product or beverage

· Smoking or chewing any tobacco based product (would not include nicotine substitute gums or patches)

· Intravenous or non-prescription drug-use

· Extra-marital, pre-marital, homosexual or pornographic behavior

In addition, I will not make provision for any of the above by bringing material with me which could be used for those purposes (i.e. alcoholic beverage, cigarettes or plugs, syringes, pornographic material, etc.), or acquire them while abroad. Further, I acknowledge that if the above prohibitions are violated, I may be sent home at the discretion of my team leader and at my own cost for transportation and accommodation back to the United States.

Acknowledgment of Financial Obligation

I understand that either through the raising of support or my own financial means, I am responsible for the full cost of my portion of the EnterMission team. In the event that I am unable to attend, must cancel, or cannot generate the necessary revenue, I hereby release EnterMission Inc. from carrying over, re-allocating or refunding the funds already raised (by me or others who have contributed) according to my specifications, and understand that they will be applied elsewhere for the expenses of the team. In addition, should I raise or provide support over and beyond that which is required for my portion of the team, I may be given the opportunity to supply my overage to other team members or expenses for the team, but will not ask EnterMission to carry-over, re-allocate or refund the overage according to my specifications.
