I Need and Want a Relationship with God….But How?

 The Holy Bible says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life.  For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.  Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son”.  (John 3:16-18 NIV)

 Right now, if you feel God leading you through His Holy Spirit offering you the opportunity to live an abundant life—a life filled with meaning and purpose, you can pray a simple prayer meant from your heart and be saved.  He is also offering eternal life in a never-ending relationship with Him!  If you don’t know what to say, just pray the following simple prayer, and believe that God will answer.

Dear God, I know that I have done wrong and my sin has separated me from You.  I need your forgiveness.  I believe You sent Your Son to die for my sins, and I believe You raised Him from the dead to give us eternal life.  Please come into my life and take control of my life so it can have meaning and purpose.  I want to repent of sin and follow You the rest of my life.  Amen.
