Grid Layout Demonstration Form

Here's a demonstration of the different kind of grid layouts that you can obtain with the Form Builder.

To reproduce this table layout: (1) add a section, (2) set its type to 'table row', give it a name and press 'Ok', (3) Add as many question as you need (one per column). Then use the 'duplicate this section' link in the section properties to add more rows.
