If your answer to the last 2 questions were "YES" then be like the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts 8:36 when he said, "See here is water; what hinders me from being baptized?". Don't let this moment slip away from you. You aren't guaranteed tomorrow, you could die in your sleep tonight or on the way to work tomorrow.
